We pride ourselves for offering discounted housing for all first responders as well as helping our Special Law Enforcement Officers SLEO I & II cadets attending the Cape May County Police Academy. House locations are available in Wildwood & Wildwood Crest New Jersey.

Our properties are 10 minutes from the Cape May County Police Academy.

Why We Do What We Do

Over a decade ago, our mission began after hearing about an SLEO II Cadet that fell asleep at the wheel trying to drive back and forth from the police academy to his home. This occurred because he could not obtain affordable housing near Cape May County Police Academy.

As a longtime property owner in Wildwood and Wildwood Crest, we had the ability to step in to try to help this drastic need. What began with a few dedicated room & bed rentals has grown into multiple properties serving police officers, SLEO cadets, EMS, firefighters, and all types of first responders.

Our goal is simple: provide affordable housing that is close to the academy as well as to the communities in which they serve.

We respect & admire those who choose to Protect & Serve. Therefore, we offer "Special Discounted Housing Rates" making sure that you have the right accomdations for getting your proper rest to protect & serve thus paying it forward to you !

Police and First Responders & enrollees in the Police Academy get discounted room & bed rental rates for Winter & Summer seasonal sessions.

Housing can be provided starting at Winter academy and run straight through Summer academy all the way until the end of your contract. We also offer just Summer Police housing for those hired cadets who need housing for the Summer Police Academy session. This starts at the end of April and runs through until the end of your contract period with your sponsoring police station.

Our housing makes your transition from cadet to police officer very stress free and economically beneficial.

Pricing depends on several factors most important being your type of room choice (private or shared) and whether your attending winter, summer, or both session(s) or are already a full-time officer seeking housing.
